  1. University funded projects on products development, new healthy Bakery products with alternative ingredients, shelf life studies and nutritional studies.
  2. Outside funded projects from RKVY, DBT, DST such as central and state government schemes to promote baking as a social and economic security for unemployed youth/ women.
